Sandy Meyer is a residential specialist at NextHome Sierra Realty.

Sandy’s background includes three decades of operating small businesses in addition to being a personal trainer. She is deeply focused on client relationships and has maintained professional relationships for decades that in many instances have become generational. Sandy is able to draw from her own real estate experiences where she has bought and sold many homes to include: track homes, condominiums, custom built ranch properties and diamonds in the rough.  Her personal experience and professionalism give her the competence and knowledge to navigate the complexities of our ever-changing market.

Sandy exemplifies the Nevada lifestyle and is a self taught landscaper and gardener. She loves her chickens and is a rancher at heart. She has raised horses and has a vast knowledge of trail rides in the area. She loves camping, boating, fishing, fitness, and clean eating with many dishes originating from her own garden.  Her goal is to be there for “you” no matter how your needs change and evolve over the years. Her personal motto is “Lets do this together!”
